We did some mixing and matching with daisies. DH had a bout with two gerbs. His GM had bouts with one yellow gerb. While my bouquet had a mixture of regular daisies and gerbs. The corsages that some important ladies in my family wore were a combo of yellow and white regular daisies and depending on the person could be wrist or a pin on one. All in all it turned out really nice

Each of my girls are going to have a different flower in their bouquet - calla's, roses and gerbs. So, each guy is going to have a bout made from the matching flower. All in fuchsia.
I made 150 stem crystal bouquets for my bridesmaids and I will have matching bouts for the guys. Something like this but with red and black. Very simple to make and its unique.
